For the products of the instrument manufacturer that has not signed a special maintenance agreement with us, we will cooperate with the user to send the faulty equipment for inspection, in principle, only the user and the company need to reach an agreement on behalf of the inspection, the rest of the work will be followed up by our full-time staff, we will actively communicate and coordinate with the manufacturer's maintenance center, and strive to return the inspection equipment as soon as possible.
