Return and exchange policy

We guarantee that the products on the mall are from formal channels, and you visit the mall to buy goods is the same, enjoy the same quality assurance.

Within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods (subject to the date of receipt), the quality problem occurs in the normal use of the goods, the customer can choose to replace or return.

 

A Please confirm that you meet the following requirements before returning or replacing the goods:

1) The returned goods shall be kept in their original appearance at the time of receipt;

2) The outer packaging, accessories and bills of the returned goods are in good condition;

3) Due to the shooting light may cause the product picture and the real color difference, does not belong to the quality problem, please refer to the real.

4) The product is not used, defaced, processed, etc.;

 

B The following circumstances shall not be handled

1) Goods not sold by our company;

2) Exceeding the time limit for return and exchange;

3) Return or exchange without notifying our customer service center in advance;

4) Quality problems caused by improper use of goods or human factors;

5) Storing or exposing the goods in an environment beyond the appropriate conditions for the goods, resulting in damage to the goods;

6) Any of the outer packaging, spare parts, instructions and warranties of the goods are missing;

 

Return and exchange process

       If you need a return or exchange, please be sure to call the service hotline 400-8917-176 within 15 days after the receipt of the goods, transfer to manual help, provide your order number or relevant order information (consignee, contact information, etc.) to apply for a return or exchange service, we will give you a review and reply within 24h.

Return of goods

After the application for return and exchange is completed, please timely send the received goods to our company according to the mailing address; Send back to ensure that the product packaging, internal accessories are complete;

Commodity quality inspection

If the returned goods pass the quality inspection, the return and exchange standards will be handled, otherwise the goods will be sent back to the customer.

Invoice return

Please send the original invoice to us according to the mailing address。
