Reagent product

Most of the chemicals are special in nature and complex in storage. Please keep them properly according to the storage conditions.

2, the customer after receiving the goods, please inspect the package immediately, if you find any packaging specifications, quantity, variety inconsistent, appearance damage, shortage or defects, please report the situation to our customer service department within 3 working days, our staff will promptly deal with the above problems, including return, exchange and other matters.

3, the product has a clear period of validity, in accordance with the customer in accordance with the storage conditions and the preservation of the goods are not opened during the premise, before the period of validity, our product quality to give a month guarantee period.

Instrument and equipment

1, customers in the order of instruments and equipment, please carefully confirm the order, by the customer selection error caused by the return demand, our company does not bear any responsibility.

2, due to the complexity of instruments and equipment models, customers purchase related products after-sales and maintenance policies are different, in accordance with the actual signed agreement.

3, in accordance with the following circumstances, the customer can apply for return within 5 working days from the date of actual receipt of the goods (customer sign or sign a single day), and can apply for replacement within 10 working days.

(1) The functional fault specified in the national three guarantees: the fault is confirmed by the manufacturer's designated or special after-sales service center, the national level third-party testing institution, and confirmed by the inspection report.

4, the following circumstances will not be returned or exchanged:

(6) The outer packaging, accessories, gifts and instructions of the product are incomplete, and the invoice is missing or altered.

Consumables & Protection

1, customers in the order of consumables, protective products, please carefully confirm before ordering, by the customer selection error caused by the return demand, our company does not bear any responsibility.

2, protection products, such as the customer found defects, and confirmed by our company, can apply for replacement or replacement. With respect to such products, we make no warranties, implied or otherwise, other than those expressly given by the Manufacturer.

3. No return instructions
