Tecan opened a representative office in Beijing in 2004 and officially entered the Chinese market. In April 2008, Tecan (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd. was established in Pudong, Shanghai, as Tecan Group's headquarters in the Asia-Pacific region (excluding Japan and Korea), responsible for all TECAN Group's commercial activities in China, including sales, marketing activities and cooperation, as well as customer support.

Dekin (Shanghai) currently has a professional pre-sales and after-sales service team, in scientific research, pharmaceutical, public security criminal investigation, hospitals, blood stations, CDC and CIQ to build a good distribution and after-sales service network, and to "strive to do better than customer expectations" service concept, to provide professional services to the majority of end users.
